Incorrect Table Entries

Incorrect Table Entries In the article entitled "Comparison of Primary Coronary Angioplasty and Intravenous Thrombolytic Therapy for Acute Myocardial Infarction: A Quantitative Review," published in the December 17, 1997, issue of JAMA (1997;278:2093-2098), the rates of nonfatal reinfarction for percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) and thrombolytic therapy were incorrectly stated on page 2096, second paragraph, line 10. The sentence should have read as follows: "The rate of nonfatal reinfarction was 2.8% for PTCA and 5.4% for thrombolytic therapy (OR, 0.53; 95% CI, 0.34-0.80), a similar relative effect size as was observed for fatal events." http://www.deepdyve.com/assets/images/DeepDyve-Logo-lg.png JAMA American Medical Association
