Government Services Examination for Appointment in the Navy Announcement is made of an examination for appointment as lieutenant (junior grade) in the medical corps of the U. S. Navy to be held at all naval hospitals in the United States and at the Naval Medical School. Washington, D. C., beginning May 16, 1938. Candidates must be between 21 and 32 years old at the time of appointment, must be graduates of class A medical schools and must have completed an internship of one year in a hospital accredited for interns by the American Medical Association and the American College of Surgeons. Those who are interested should write to the Surgeon General, U. S. Navy, Bureau of Medicine and Surgery, Navy Department, Washington, D.
