Presented by Dr. C. A. Doty. J. H., a business man, aged 69, had had psoriasis since the age of 15 years. At the age of 29, he had taken large doses of solution of potassium arsenite, and during the three years immediately preceding presentation, he had taken about 30 pints of "psoriasis medicine," a proprietary product. Scattered over the upper part of the trunk, especially posteriorly and over the clavicles, were a number of small and large coin-sized, sharply outlined, erythematous, brownish patches, some of which were slightly infiltrated, and some showing superficial ulceration.
