It is the reviewer's opinion that anyone not trained in ophthalmic lid surgery who tried to follow the instructions given would end in disaster. While it is possible that a case can be made out for including dacryocystorrhinostomy in a general textbook on plastic surgery, there is certainly no excuse for including corneal transplantation, and an obsolete method at that.
