To the Editor:—May we express to Dr. Foote our regret at the oversight of his valuable work in anemia of the new-born? We appreciate very much his bringing this to the attention of the medical public, since complete bibliographies are essential in articles of this nature. Incidentally, there have been two publications in 1930 on primary anemia of the new-born: Greenthal, Roy M.: Am. J. M. Sc. 179:68 (Jan.) 1930. Happ, W. M.: Arch. Pediat. 47:171 (March) 1930.
