Abstract
A, The right eye of a 34-year-old Chinese man with a large amount of myelinated nerve fibers, severe deprivational amblyopia, and a mild afferent pupillary defect. His best-corrected visual acuity was counting fingers at 3 ft in the right eye (A) and 20/20 in the left eye (B), with a manifest refraction of −1.75 diopters of spherical power in the right eye and 2.50 + 0.75 × 086 in the left eye.
