        Recently many studies and developments of oncology have been carried out, and they have become an independent special field, a part of pathology.
        Clinically, oncological study and analysis are very important and one of the interesting problems of this field. Recognizing the cases of tumors of the larynx, clinical study of this subject has been made.
        On looking over the literature regarding these conditions, no reports were found of a statistical analysis of tumors of the larynx in Korea. Therefore, I report the following data.
        This paper presents a statistical study of 200 cases of benign and malignant tumors of the larynx, taken from the records of the laryngoscopic clinics of five large hospitals in Korea. They were verified histopathologically during the five-year period 1951-1956. The statistical study of tumors of the larynx has been made in Korean cases.
