TY - JOUR AU - Wei Shen, AB - The fracture mechanism and fracture toughness of glass-cloth/polyester composite laminate (GPCL) at low temperature (77 °K) were studied by experimental technique. The results show that the fracture toughness of GPCL at 77 °K is much greater than at ambient temperature (300 °K). In addition, the fracture phenomenon of net matrix material and matrix with a few bunches of glass fibers is also researched.
