TY - JOUR AU - Zhao, Sijie AB - In this paper, the phenomenon of abnormal jitter of the left rear door is studied, while a certain SUV of domestic brand driving on the washboard pavement with the speed in between 11 and 13km/h. The abnormal shaking of rear door is caused by the excitation of four tires by the preliminary test. The inverse sub-structuring analysis method was introduced to analyze the vibration transmission path between spindle head and the left rear door. The advantage of the method which can obtain the dynamic parameters of the interface between chassis system and vehicle body system, the frequency response function of substructures without decoupling the system. Then excitation transmissibility from each spindle head to the attachment point (the passive side) and non-coupling FRF of each substructure are calculated. The contribution of vibration transmission path is further analyzed. In final, the higher excitation transmissibility of the attachment point is found.
