TY - JOUR AU - Pechentkovskii, E. AB - 1. By introducing high-alloy additions (Kh30 steel, chilled cast iron) in order to produce a non-equilibrium structure in sintered chromium steels, it is possible to obtain a constructional material having increased wear resistance in operation under friction conditions. 2. The simultaneous use of a sintered steel with a nonequilibrium structure and 20Kh and R18 steels in the component pairs of the G12-2 vane pump is beneficial from the viewpoint of reducing the wear of the vane pump disks and stators. 3. Comparative service tests made with steel and sintered material stators and disks demonstrated that the use of sintered materials for vane pump components subject to intensive wear raises the wear resistance of the stator and disks by at least 50–100% and increases the operational reliability and life of the vane pumps and, consequently, of the hydraulic equipment of machine tools, hammers, presses, etc. Substantial savings are also achieved through the reduction in the amounts of ShKh15 and 20Kh steels required and the amount of labor expended on machining the stators and disks of the G12-2 vane pumps, TI - Sintered components of G12-2 double-acting vane pumps JF - Powder Metallurgy and Metal Ceramics DO - 10.1007/BF00775646 DA - 2004-11-24 UR - https://www.deepdyve.com/lp/springer-journals/sintered-components-of-g12-2-double-acting-vane-pumps-wqeppLU0zo SP - 124 EP - 130 VL - 6 IS - 2 DP - DeepDyve ER -
