AB - Problems of static and dynamic simulation of the biomechanical system consisting of the human tibia bone and external fixator apparatus as the simplest frame construction are considered. The finite element method implemented as the program code MechanicsFE3D_ESO on the basis of 20 nodal isoparametric elements is utilized. Both general stressed-deformed state of the construction under transversal loading and basic frequencies and forms of free oscillations of the system were defined by the numerical analysis. The results obtained can be used as the theoretical fundament to developing of static and vibration resonance methods for physiological state diagnostics of the regenerating osseous tissue in fracture zone.
