The converter can be seen as a resistor source, and the grid synchronization is realized by virtual resistor. In αβ frame, the virtual resistor is constructed in the form of a second‐order transfer function. The power transmission is realized by adjusting the virtual resistor at the fundamental frequency, and the virtual resistor in other frequency bands besides the fundamental frequency is used to ensure the system stability. The proposed method has been validated through simulation and experimental results to achieve bidirectional control of transmission power and self‐synchronization of the grid, demonstrating good dynamic and steady‐state performance. Compared with the phase‐locked loop (PLL)‐based method, the proposed resistance‐source control method avoids the grid voltage sensors and phase‐locked loops.
