AB - In this paper, our purposes are image compression code by wavelet transformation, and develop a novel encoding algorithm structure of DPCM/WT on the basis of the DPCM/DCT. We have proposed a new encoding algorithm structure of DPCM/WT based on object driving and data flow driving, the novel algorithm in property is superior to DPCM/DCT in compression ratio, fidelity and real time processing.
