Ink‐jet printing technique is innovated for processing color conversion materials to demonstrate 2.8″ full‐color a‐Si AMOLED display prototypes. They perform high efficiency with 100% NTSC gamut ratio and wide viewing angle, employing anode‐common top emission structure.
