Gusakov The fibre-spinning speed is one of the most signifieant factors in the productivity of the spinning machine so that its influence on the fibre properties is of considerable interest. The writers studied the results of spinning 5 tex (Nm 200) polyeaproamide fibre at speeds varying 800 - 1800 m/min. The fibre was spun on equipment developed at the All-Union Scientific Research Institute for Synthetic-Fibre Machines and installed at the Chernigov Man-Made Fibre Combine. The machine was equipped with electrically heated melt heads and pressure coil /1,2/. The taking-up section was equipped with a device for high-speed contactless wind- ing-on (see Fig. 1) in which the bobbin holder is rotated directly by the drive mechanism, and the yarn is distributed along the bobbin by a building motion. The spinning speed is varied with the paekage diameter by virtue of the change in the speed ratio between the package and the slave shaft of a control unit which forms part of the TI - The spinning speed as a factor in the properties of polycaproamide fibre JF - Fibre Chemistry DO - 10.1007/BF00548421 DA - 2004-10-13 UR - https://www.deepdyve.com/lp/springer-journals/the-spinning-speed-as-a-factor-in-the-properties-of-polycaproamide-ok2UZgWnEx SP - 24 EP - 26 VL - 4 IS - 1 DP - DeepDyve ER -
