AB - An experimental study is made of charge transfer processes in a fluidized bed of a dispersed polymer. Features of the formation of the corona discharge are examined in relation to the parameters of the bed and the electric field. A steady-state hydrodynamic model is proposed for a fluidized bed of a unipolar dispersed dielectric. Calculations performed with the model agree satisfactorily with experimental results.
