As hegemonic TQM ideology insidiously permeates all aspectsof social life, witnesses an unparalleled threat to the basic individualrights of a liberal democracy. Proclaiming the death ofTQM, optimistically discusses preliminary suggestions for anemancipatory postTQM theory and practice.
