TY - JOUR AU - Kim, Byung‐Hee AB - We have developed a 1.8‐inch QVGA AMOLED display with the world's highest pixel density of 223ppi by using high precision shadow mask evaporation method, a hybrid emission structure, and a new time division control (TDC) driving method which make it possible to realize high density AMOLED display.
