AB - A model of the phase synchronization system based on the circuit of digital phase-locked-loop frequency control, adaptive equalizer, and a system of frequency-matched filters is proposed. This model provides the required value of the bit error probability at the output of the digital demodulator under the influence of strong ionospheric disturbances in the decameter communication channel.
