This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with an inductive approach. As well as using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results showed that the implementation of refocusing and reallocation of APBD in Bengkulu City was not according to the time speciϔ ied, but was in accordance with the set target. In its implementation, there are several obstacles including existing activities that are already underway, many new regulations in a short time and a weak response to the latest Central Government directives. Efforts made by the Regional Government by coordinating with regional ofϔ icials, increasing the intensity of examining new policies, and determining the acceleration of collecting the
