AB - Abstract This paper attempts to explore and justify the method used in determining a numerical estimate for the amount of information-processing in an everyday human Action. Each component and reasonably independent step in the coordinated and successful fulfillment of such a human Action is assigned a certain amount of information and thus the whole Action is given a quantitative transmission value.
