This article is concerned with Part I of the Bill, the reform of the Law of Copyright. It seems that at present, Equity might afford assistance to a copyright holder who suspects rhat his copyright in his original literary, dramatic or musical work is being misused, by giving leave for the g r a n ~ n g an Anton Piller injunction. of This equitable remedy of the court provides that, if certain criteria are satisfied, a mandatory injunction is made, which provides for the delivery up, and preservation of, material evidence the subject of intended or extant court proceedings.
