His discussion of these questions is interesting and his conclusions contain litt le to strengt socialis hen tic argument s. Only when class interest are s in equilibrium is the politica l constitution secure ; but socialism can no more abolish class distinctions or insur e an equilibrium of interest than s can private propert and y inheritance.
