TY - JOUR AU - Kotyuk, A. AB - 1. The use of methods based on the solution of an integral equation, relating the measured function to the apparatus characteristics, extends the range over which dynamic quantities can be measured to faster processes than other methods of measurement are capable of measuring. 2. For accurate dynamic measurements it is necessary to use reference devices. The usual method is based on the use of a standard instrument. However, the calibration of such an instrument by continuous comparison with a fixed reference is possible only at specific points and the dynamic properties of the instrument can be properly determined only from calculations. 3. In the most general form the problem of dynamic measurements must be solved by using a dynamic from reference signal which can be very accurately reproduced and calibrated by contemporary methods and instruments.
