V treats the <paxvix6v and deals with e.g. the wise man, the care for spiritual well-being, and quite extensively 7ep't pt6)v. A conclusion (PP. 533-550) again sums up the author's views concerning the ethical Vet. Plac. and tries to answer some of the criticisms directed against the general hypothesis of the first volume. See also ibd. n. 3, PP. 535 ff., where G. defends his thesis that the DidascaLic2is is not by Albinus (cf. already M. Giusta, in: Atti Torino II, Sc. mor., St. e Fil., 95, ig6o-i, 167 ff.).
