TY - JOUR AU - Galbaev, Zh. AB - The results of designing frictional mechanisms with magnetoelectric drives (FMMDs) are described. The effect of the size of the air gap under an additional pole on the frictional moment is estimated. The equation for calculating the power of a restoring spring that ensures the required friction moment under guaranteed FMMD serviceability taking into account deviations in supply-line voltage, instability of thermal state of the winding, and the spread in technological parameters of the permanent magnets is derived.
