TY - JOUR AU - Tripathi, Shweta AB - In this article, we present a novel configuration of tin di-selenide (SnSe2) and zinc oxide (ZnO) based surface plasmon resonance (SPR) biosensor for DNA hybridization, urine abnormality, and anemia sensing. The configuration involves the stacked structure of prism (SF-10)/gold (Au)/ZnO/SnSe2/PBS. The performance parameters such as sensitivity (S), detection accuracy (DA), and figure of merit (FoM) are investigated at a fixed wavelength of 633 nm. Also, for SnSe2 the condition of zero chemical potential at room temperature was maintained. The obtained S, DA, and FoM are 153.3182 deg/RIU, 0.604 deg− 1and 9.15RIU− 1, respectively.
