AB - MEETING HELD ON THE 17~~ OF FEBBUARY, 1897, AT 20 HANOVER SQUARE, W., THE PRESIDENT (E. M. NELSON, EsQ.) IN TEE CHAIR. The Minutes of the Anniversary Meeting held 20th of January last were rcad and confirmed, and were signed by th3 President. The Secretary said he regretted that the February number of the for issne to the Fellows that evening. The delay Journal was not ready was due to the impossibility of getting the plates as early a8 necessary, but he believed these woiild be delivered at once, so that the Journal would probably be ready for delivery by the following Monday. The List of Donations to the Socicty (exclusive of exchanges and reprints) received since the last nieeting was read, and the thanks of the Society wcre given to the donors. The President said that on the occasion of Mr. Michael’s very able address to the Society at their last meeting, he could hardly help having his attention attracted to the slide-carricr, and the unsatisfactory way in which it worked in
