Prevention of the spread of DHF disease possible to do by breaking the chain of transmission through vector control. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of noni leaf extract with the spray method in the control of Aedes aegypti mosquitoes. Type of the research is experimental research. The samples in this study were the 25 Aedes aegypti mosquitoes which were displayed with a leaf extract of 15%, 20%, and 25% concentration, with a repetition of 3 times using spray method for 60 minutes. The results showed that the higher the concentration of the leaf extract noni the faster and the more mosquitoes die. At a 15% concentration of leaf extract, noni number of mosquitoes that died as many as 14 tails (56%) LC50 at 45 minutes. At a 20% concentration of leaf extract, noni number of mosquitoes dead as much as 17
