AB - The camshaft copy grinding machine is a machine to duplicate or multiple camshafts. The purpose of this design is to make the construction of the camshaft easier because the machine automatically copies the master according to the master. The design method used is the Ulrich & Eppinger method and the DFMA method as the manufacturing method. The process of building the camshaft copy grinding machine includes: making design concepts, identifying materials, identifying machines and equipment used and identifying work drawings. The thing to note in making this camshaft copy grinding machine is the connection density on the upper frame and frame legs so that there is no vibration when the engine is operating. This machine has dimensions of 1000 mm in length, the width of 600 mm, the height of 500 mm. Engine performance testing is done by testing directly making a camshaft. The result of testing the time needed to make one camshaft is 10 minutes, with a rotation speed of 2800 RPM. Keywords: camshaft, copy, gerinding.
