Please number pages consecutively. 3. Left hand margin: set at 12. Paragraphs: Please indent 5 spaces for each new paragraph. Please double space between lines and between paragraphs. 5. Photographs and illustrations: Black and white glossy prints are preferred. 70~90mrn(23/4”~31/2”) is the desired size, but our printer can reduce or enlarge material. Please write your name lightly in pencil on the back and indicate the top edge. 6. Radiographs: Either submit a print as above or the radiograph. Radiographs will be reproduced to be viewed
