AB - Since the last time an article about the RollsRoyce Gem gas turbine engine appeared in Aircraft Engineering June 1972 the development programme has nearly been completed and a firm base for production first deliveries in September this year has been established at the RollsRoyce Small Engine Division at Leavesden in Hertfordshire.
