Along with the track laying volume and mileage of continuous growth, the track of the daily inspection work burden is increasing, the current track inspection in China is still in the manual inspection stage, it is difficult to ensure the safety of workers, so a stable, accurate, lightweight track inspection vehicle has become the development of the general trend. The core of this design is the use of Arduino as a motherboard, non-contact track detection, the ability to use the appropriate sensors to detect the track of the super-high problem, while being able to use the camera on the collection of track line information, fast and stable on the track whether there is a foreign body and the track surface levelling for the collection and sent to the upper computer, in the upper computer for subsequent image processing.
