TY - JOUR AU - AB - Information System This study aims to determine the level of usability in the payment gateway (SIM), payment, information system at CV Adikara Payment, and to propose improvements to usability. low-value variables in order to increase the use of the system. This research was conducted at CV Adikara Payment. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, documentation, secondary data, observations and interviews. Data analysis in this study uses descriptive analysis. Based on the results of research that has been conducted, it can be concluded that the level of usability with good respondents is 50 people (63.2%), and usability with respondents is good enough is 30 people (37.5%). This shows that the payment gateway on CV Adikara Payment has fulfilled the criteria as a good website. Based on data analysis results, a good enough value of 37.5% needs to be improved in order to get better results such as improved transaction notifications, user guides, and voucher sub-systems.
