The height, which varies from 22in to 31in, and backrest can be adjusted by staff using foldaway crank handles. The bed sits on four rubber-tipped feet but can be moved on its castors when lowered. Built on a steel frame with a wood effect head and foot board, the bed includes a waterproof mattress and costs £365 plus VAT. Removable cot sides are available as an extra. Details.
