TY - JOUR AU - Wang, Lin AB - To address the challenge of complex degradation in solenoid valves with increasing operation cycles, this study proposes a method for analyzing solenoid valve performance degradation based on multiple physical characteristics. Initially, by scrutinizing the operational mechanism of the solenoid valve, physical performance indices such as the first peak time of current, spool movement time, and pressure peak time are extracted from the time series. Subsequently, the Moving Average (MA) method is employed to mitigate the degradation trends in multiple physical performance indicators. Finally, a polynomial fitting model is utilized to fit the degradation trends in the experimental data of a certain solenoid valve, resulting in the performance degradation curve.
