Fel'dman Translated from Izmeritel'naya Tekhnika, No. 6, pp. 48-49, June, 1962 The Kiev experimental design bureau of vending machines has developed, and the Kiev commercial en- gineering plant has mastered the production of a commercial automatic machine AT-49 for the sale of pasteurized milk in glasses.The vending machine has passed its state tests, has been released for production, and entered in the State Register as No. 1562-61. to 2nd section The automatic machines are produced in pairs, i.e., they consist of two automatic sections mounted in a common container with a common turnstile. The latter is intended for supplying the public with clean glasses and collecting the used glasses. The face of the machine contains recesses with sliding shutters for dispensing mitk, as well as advertizing and signalling devices which indicate to the purchaser the product, quantity, cost, slots, buttons, and the coin-return trays. The moving section consists of a refrigerator, compressor, and a receiver. Its face side is pro- vided with openings with rotating discs, for clean and used glasses.
