Sodium phosphate was administered for five days. On day one and five plasma levels of PTH and FGF23 were estimated before and 4, 8, 12, 18, and 24 hours after sodium phosphate load. In all subjects the area under the PTH and FGF23 curves (AUC) was calculated. Urinary SuO025 RESPONSIVENESS OF PTH AND FGF23 SECRETION TO A excretion of calcium, sodium and phosphate (U-P) were also estimated one day before SODIUM PHOSPHATE LOAD IN HYPERCALCIURIC AND and in the first (1) and fifth (5) day of an oral sodium phosphate load. NORMOCALCIURIC STONE FORMING PATIENTS Results: In spite of similar urinary excretion of phosphate, lower responsiveness of 1 2 3 PTH but not FGF23 secretion was observed in HSF than in NSF patients. In addition Tomasz Irzyniec , Izabela Maciejewska-Paszek , Monika Boryn´ , 3 3 4 HSF showed a higher calcium and sodium excretion (see below).
