TY - JOUR AU - Brylina, O. AB - The problems of the dynamics of sweeping converters with pulse-width and pulse-frequency-width modulation used in devices that provide optoelectronic potential separation of DC circuits are discussed. It is demonstrated that pulse-frequency-width modulation enhances noise immunity in the region of frequencies of noise signals above the carrier frequency of a sweeping converter. Structural methods that can be used to improve the temporal and temperature stability of characteristics of devices for potential separation and to considerably reduce inaccuracies in their operation with respect to those of devices with similar functionality are considered. The paper may be of interest to experts in power and information electronics, electric drives, and industrial process automation.
