AB - In the spray deposition system, there are problems such as inconvenient control methods and low adjustment accuracy for the substrate temperature. Based on the analysis of model, a predictive control method of BP neural network is proposed; and the established control model is tested in real time using STM32. The analysis of the results shows that the method is feasible and effective.
