AB - Methods of normalizing the thermal expansions that occur in turbo units of different powers are considered. A modern solution for the assembly of sleeve joints using a hydraulic instrument to increase the vibration reliability is proposed. The measures described for repairing turbo units enable the amount of effort and time of subsequent capital repairs to be reduced considerably for relatively low initial costs.
