TY - JOUR AU - Stacy, William, K. AB - Abstract Renal function was evaluated in 44 bacilluric spinal cord injury patients early after injury and found to be normal. Prospective follow-up of a portion of the original group showed a statistically significant decline in renal plasma flow and elevation in filtration function at 2.6 and greater than 5 years. These data suggest that insidius renal damage is likely to occur in this population. This content is only available as a PDF.
