AB - Work should be extended on the development of new equipment. An urgent problem for the collective of the State Institute of Glass Machine Building is the development of a design for a vacuum-blowing rotary automatic for processing articles at the foot, a vacuum-blowing double-section automatic AV-2 for perfume and pharmaceutical containers, a feeder-blower rotary automatic for narrow-necked containers. The Orlov Medvedev Facotory should this year produce the first experimental industrial prototype of an auto- matic line for making 20-liter bottles and bottles with greater capacity. The Kopeisk Machine Buiiding Facotry intends to produce the first equipment for a continuous conveyer with a capacity of 250,000 wash basins a year, a conveyer drier for the continuous conveyer, producing lavatories and a unit for an automatic line making facing tiles by the casting method. The Saratov Electroheat Equipment Factory should prepare and test electric kilns with 16 and 32 channels for firing facing tiles. Recently the Central Committee of our Party and the Soviet Government took the decision to discover the serious drawbacks in the planning and organization of capital building-the wastage of capital investment and material technical resources on many objectives, the holding up of planning documentation, etc. All these
