AB - The company must carry out production performance improvement to win the competition. The condition of the spot welding machine currently owned by the company often experiences a breakdown, which then affects the machine's productivity. Therefore, it is necessary to research this condition. The method used in this research is Overall Equipment Effectiveness and Six Big Losses. The initial stage in this research is to find the Overall Equipment Effectiveness value then identify the Six Big Losses. From the results of analysis and data processing using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness and Six Big Losses methods, the Overall Equipment Effectiveness value on the type x spot welding machine is 70.861%; this condition is influenced by the Six Big Losses factor, namely the damaged product and the repair of the damaged product. It is necessary to improve the maintenance performance of the x-type spot welding machine. Keywords— Machine Performance, type x spot welding machine, OEE, six big losses. 1.
