At the Mining Laboratory of the Mining Institute of the Siberian Branch of the Academy of Sci- ences of the USSR, we have built and tested a device for automatic air-temperature regulation of the required accuracy. Figure i shows the general appearance of the apparatus, and Fig. 2 shows the connections between the stand- ard circuit elements. The master controller is an RUS-02M electronic programmed control device which acts as a servo system and sets the control program.. This operates in conjunction with an RU4-16A regulator which maintains proportional, astatic and isodromic control.
