TY - JOUR AU - NAGATA,, Fumio AB - Abstract The better image quality is achieved on the biological material by using a high voltage electron microscope, which is confirmed by the densitometry tracing of the unit membrane structure. It is explained that the phenomenon is not attributed to the smaller chromatic abberation but to the higher penetrating power and the smaller beam damage at higher accelerating voltage.
