AB - In this research we have created light-emitting structures that contain colloidal quantum dots of cadmium selenide in the active layer. To do so, we have used methods of vacuum thermal deposition and spin coating for the formation of organic layers. We have compared photo- and electroluminescence spectra of the structures, and have revealed necessary conditions for the creation of high quality layers.
