TY - JOUR AU - Bilewicz, Marcin AB - Light and cheap composites are the main goal of manufacturing in many branches. Polymers, containing low weight and high relative strength, are suitable materials as matrix of composites reinforced with different metallic or ceramic fillers in the shape of fibres, plates, blocks or other types. This work takes into consideration optimisation and manufacturing of multilayer foil with different composition. To obtain the film has been used advanced blow molding process equipped with three extruders feeding material to the machine. Feeding of material is precisely controlled through gravimetric dosimeters. Final product of this technology is the polymer film which is obtained as combination of three films adherent together in the advanced head of blow molding machine.
