TY - JOUR AU - Qin, Huibin AB - The aging properties of TbFeCo film have been investigated with TEM, XPS, and AES. It was found that the absorption, migration, and combination of oxygen are considerable factors. Lower density boundary regions of the columnar microstructure accelerate the diffusion of oxygen. A model about oxidation is provided to explain the layered structure in the film.
