TY - JOUR AU - An, Baoran AB - The development stage of laser facility control system is a complex system engineering, which involves the collaborative research and development of multi-department and multi-disciplinary personnel in the long-term development stage. The traditional document-centered collaborative R and D method is difficult to ensure the consistent transmission of development information, thus affecting the integration efficiency and operation effect of the control system. Therefore, this paper introduces model-based system engineering into the development of laser facility control system. Through SysML and the control software framework of laser facility, the model modeling and simulation verification environment for laser device control system is constructed, allowing users to realize the formal definition of control system and the simulation verification of complex control logic. In order to verify the effectiveness of this method, a simulation verification environment of Beam alignment control system is built based on this method, and the effectiveness of this method is verified by model modeling and functional simulation.
